Lauren Underwood was awarded one of the two 2024 ACEC/MA Young Professional Awards which “recognizes the accomplishments of our young professionals who have contributed to the engineering profession and impacted society.” Congrats Lauren!

Principals Ryan Allgrove and Ziad Kary were also present to accept the Bronze award for Town of Weymouth’s project, “Weymouth Sewer Collapse Emergency Response: Turning Historic Infrastructure into Innovative Solutions on Bridge Street.” Congrats to the entire project team!

Ian joins our Principal Leadership team, bringing over 25 years of experience working with cities, towns, and regional authorities throughout New England and beyond.

Having served in several roles during his career, Ian has provided various services across many types of projects, including water, wastewater, stormwater, pipelines, site/civil projects, building systems, asset management and GIS, coastal structures, energy, and transportation. He has worked with clients to develop, fund, and implement capital programs, including condition assessment, risk and asset management, as well as design and construction of water supply and wastewater collection system improvements.

In addition to his technical expertise, Ian brings longstanding relationships throughout the industry and is highly involved in many industry associations such as American Public Works Association, New England Water Works, Plymouth County Water Works and NASTT.
